Refunds and Replacements
If your product is damaged, the wrong item has been shipped to you, does not meet your expectations or just changed your mind, you can choose to replace only.
Please contact us by email or WhatsApp within 7 days from the date of order received: iqrab.pk@gmail.com Please call +92-309-9479999 to find out your name, order number and the reason for applying for a replacement.

Damaged Parcels
If you receive a damaged package, please accept our apologies. We pack our products as safely as possible, but sometimes continue to be damaged during delivery. In this case, we may provide you with a replacement.
If you like to change, please let us know. We will send it to you for free on the next working day..

Wrong Item(s)
In rare cases, customers may receive incorrect items. We are sorry that this has already happened to them. We will be happy to replace your item and pay for mail or return courier fee tags.

Items not as described
We are confident in the quality of the product and the accuracy of its description. If you think that the received item does not meet the expectations you described on the website, we will be happy to replace your item.
